ASSIST policy
Subprocessor List
ASSIST may use carefully scoped subprocessors for hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, payments, and infrastructure operations.
Typical subprocessor categories
- Cloud hosting and compute
- Object storage and backup infrastructure
- Email delivery and support-notification tooling
- Payment processing and billing support, where enabled
- Security, monitoring, and operational analytics tooling
Selection standard
- Subprocessors are used only where needed to operate ASSIST or support customer-facing service obligations.
- Equivalent confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations must apply through contract.
Regions and transfers
- Where data transfers outside the EEA occur, appropriate legal transfer mechanisms should apply.
- Customers may request current subprocessor information through the support contact or contractual notice process.
Operational note
- The public list may summarize categories and purposes, while the detailed contractual subprocessor schedule can be provided through the customer agreement process.
