Automation and Recommendation Disclosure
ASSIST may show rules-based suggestions, priorities, forecasts, alerts, cash warnings, risk signals, and draft workflow prompts, but the final decision always remains with the customer.
What ASSIST may suggest
- Workflow suggestions, cash warnings, follow-up prompts, alerts, and structured operational recommendations.
- These outputs may be based on customer data, configured rules, and operational history.
What ASSIST does not do
- ASSIST does not make binding legal, tax, accounting, engineering, safety, procurement, or regulatory decisions for the customer.
- ASSIST does not guarantee profit, award outcomes, legal compliance, or uninterrupted operational correctness.
Human control
- Customers are responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, rejecting, and implementing any suggested action.
- Critical actions, supplier choices, pricing reliance, and operational commitments must be verified by the customer before execution.
Data and training note
- Customer business content is not treated as a general-purpose public training dataset unless explicitly disclosed and contractually agreed.
- Private Google OAuth data is used only for the connected user's Gmail and Calendar features, requires 2FA before connection or display, and is locked by clearing stored Google OAuth tokens after unauthorized admin/support access attempts.
- Questions about automated outputs, limitations, or data use should be sent to the support contact.
