Data Deletion Instructions
This page is the ASSIST data deletion instructions URL for Meta app review and users who connect Meta or WhatsApp Business assets to ASSIST.
Remove ASSIST from your Meta account
- Open Facebook Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites.
- Find ASSIST in the connected apps list and choose Remove to revoke Meta access for the app.
- Direct link when signed in to Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
Request deletion from ASSIST
- Email assist@dont.lv from the address connected to your ASSIST workspace with the subject Meta data deletion request.
- Include your ASSIST workspace name, your contact email, and any relevant Meta or WhatsApp Business account details that help us identify the connection.
- ASSIST will delete or disconnect stored Meta OAuth tokens, app-scoped identifiers, and connected Meta or WhatsApp Business records that are not required for legal, accounting, security, or audit retention.
What ASSIST stores from Meta
- ASSIST uses Meta access for WhatsApp Business setup and messaging workflows authorized by a company admin.
- ASSIST does not use consumer Facebook profile data for advertising, resale, or training generalized AI models.
- Deletion requests are processed in line with the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, and applicable law.
