ASSIST policy
Copyright and IP Notice
ASSIST software, workflows, interface structure, models, documentation, and platform logic belong to dont SIA or its licensors, while customer business data remains owned by the customer.
Customer data ownership
- As between the parties, the customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to customer data.
- dont SIA receives only the limited rights needed to host, process, store, secure, back up, display, transmit, and otherwise provide ASSIST.
Platform rights
- ASSIST software, algorithms, branding, layout, workflow logic, and documentation remain protected intellectual property of dont SIA or its licensors.
- Access to the service does not grant ownership of the platform or the right to reproduce it outside the contract.
Restricted behavior
- No reverse engineering, systematic copying, competitive cloning, scraping of protected workflows, or use of platform access to build a competing derivative service without permission.
- Feedback may be used to improve ASSIST, but it does not transfer ownership of customer data or confidential records.
Complaints
- IP complaints, misuse reports, and rights notices may be sent to the published support contact for review and response.
